Online sessions
Your session, from home
All my sessions take place online.
Here's exactly how it works, what to prepare, and what happens in each of the two phases.
What you need
A quiet space where no one will knock on the door for about an hour. A bedroom, a living room, a study. What matters is that you can feel comfortable enough to talk and let a hypnotic experience unfold.
Headphones or earphones. This is the detail that makes a real difference. My voice needs to feel close and present.
A working microphone and camera on your device.
A decent internet connection.
Before the appointment
When you confirm your appointment, you'll receive a Google Meet link by email. One click and you're in, directly in your browser. Nothing to download, no account to create.
On the day of the session, get settled about five minutes early. That's enough time to check that your microphone and camera are working.
That's all the technology asks of you. From there, I take care of the rest.
First phase: we talk
We meet, we talk, without rushing.
This first phase is for putting things on the table. What brings you here? What keeps going around in circles, what's blocking you, what would you like to see shift today? I ask questions, you answer at your own pace, and together we clarify the precise goal for the session.
This phase lasts between fifteen minutes and three-quarters of an hour, depending on what comes up. Sometimes there are tears, sometimes laughter, sometimes both. That's normal.
When the goal is clear, we move to the next part.
Second phase: the hypnotic experience
You'll experience some of what's described on this page. A descent into the body, memories that surface, metaphors, inner dialogues, emotions that dissolve. I guide, you follow, and your unconscious does the work.
You're in your own space. Your blanket, maybe your cat on your lap. Door closed, the light just as you like it.
Your corner becomes the space of the work.
After the session
We take a few minutes to talk. What came up, what surprised you, what deserves to be underlined. Then we say goodbye and you hang up.
You can then lie down, walk a little down the hallway, make yourself a tea, write a few words in a notebook if you feel like it. The session continues a little after it ends. Give it space.
I'll be in touch in the days that follow to see how things are settling.
A note on the technical side
You don't need to be comfortable with digital tools. You don't need to have done video calls before. If something isn't working when we start, we sort it out together in two minutes, and we begin.
