MOTUS Transformation programmes
Transformation programme, 24 sessions
Easing the sugar craving.
A calmer relationship with sugar, no diet.
Twenty-four sessions to understand what sugar does for you, find another way to get the same thing, and ease the craving. No diet, no numbers, no weighing: we talk about what you are looking for, not about your body.

How the transformation programme unfolds
One session, 25 minutes on average, one hour at most.
Whenever you like, wherever you are at peace.
Then at your own pace.
Chain them whenever you like: no waiting between sessions.
We end on a highlight.
A good moment or something you feel like enjoying, recent or not. Your highlights are kept in your space, next to your progress.
