1. Subject matter and nature of the service

These terms govern the services offered by Antoine Danielo : supportive hypnosis sessions conducted by video conference, and access to the MOTUS application (an AI-powered guided hypnosis conversational agent).

The hypnosis practised here is supportive hypnosis, a well-being practice. It does not constitute a medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic act in the legal sense and does not replace specialist care. No specific result can be guaranteed.

2. Service provider

3. Prices

  • Hypnotherapy session by video conference : 70 € incl. tax per session.
  • MOTUS session : 20 € incl. tax per session.
  • Pack of 4 MOTUS sessions : 70 € incl. tax (17.50 € per session). Validity : [TO BE COMPLETED — pack validity period to be defined].

VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

4. Payment

  • Video conference sessions : bank transfer, details provided upon confirmation.
  • MOTUS sessions and packs : online payment by credit card via [TO BE COMPLETED — online payment provider being selected]. Payment immediately activates the session credit(s).

5. Booking and confirmation

Video conference sessions : booking by direct contact via the contact page. A preliminary exchange of around ten minutes is offered before the first session. Confirmation sent by email with the video conference link.

MOTUS : account creation on the MOTUS page, activation after email verification. Credits activated upon payment.

6. Cancellation and rescheduling

Video conference sessions :

  • 72 hours or more before the session : cancellation possible, full refund.
  • Less than 72 hours before : rescheduling possible subject to availability, no refund.
  • No-show on the day without notice : session is due, no rescheduling or refund.

MOTUS sessions :

  • Single session : deemed fully performed upon launching the immersive experience ; no refund after launch.
  • Pack of 4 sessions : only unused sessions may be refunded, within the withdrawal period (Article 7).

To cancel or reschedule, write to me at the address stated in Article 2.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal (Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code).

This right cannot be exercised in the following cases set out in Article L.221-28 :

  • Video conference sessions (paragraph 1) : by expressly requesting that the session be carried out before the 14-day period expires and acknowledging the loss of your right of withdrawal once the session is fully performed, this right can no longer be exercised after the session.
  • Single MOTUS sessions (paragraph 13) : actually using the immersive session constitutes your express agreement to begin executing the digital content and express acknowledgement of the loss of your right of withdrawal for that session.
  • MOTUS packs : right exercisable for 14 days on unused sessions. Pro-rata refund within 14 days, by the same payment method used at purchase.

8. MOTUS application and artificial intelligence services

MOTUS is an artificial intelligence conversational agent. You are interacting with an AI system, not a human being (Article 50 of EU Regulation 2024/1689, the AI Act).

MOTUS relies on third-party services : Anthropic Claude models for guided session orchestration, ElevenLabs for voice synthesis. The support offered is educational and well-being in nature ; it constitutes neither a medical act nor therapeutic advice.

9. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is described in the privacy policy. Exchanges during sessions are covered by professional secrecy.

10. Legal guarantee of conformity

The MOTUS digital service benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). In the event of a non-conformity (prolonged unavailability, substantial malfunction), you may demand that it be brought into conformity or a refund of the session concerned.

11. Minors

All services are strictly reserved for persons of legal age (18 years or over). When creating your MOTUS account or confirming a session, you expressly declare that you are of legal age. Any false declaration will result in immediate termination of the account or session, without refund.

12. Mediation and amicable dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge (Article L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code) : [TO BE COMPLETED — registration with an approved mediator (CM2C, MEDICYS or AME) in progress].

You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform : ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr (EU Regulation no. 524/2013).

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law, including for users accessing the site from abroad. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are determined in accordance with the French Code of Civil Procedure and, where applicable, the consumer protection provisions (Article R.631-3 of the French Consumer Code).
